National Energy is committed to acting ethically and responsibly in all areas of our operations. An integral part of our Corporate, Social, Responsibility (CSR) Policy is the provision of grants or contributions to legally-registered, non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and community-based organisations (CBOs) that request support for an activity or project.
Mandatory Information:
In alignment with our CSR Policy, applicants must:

Complete the online application form and upload the official letter of request/proposal with an itemised budget |
|
State requested/desired contribution |
|
Submit official banking information with an account in the name of the organisation |
|
Include the target audience |
NB: Priority will be given to organisations implementing initiatives that benefit residents within National Energy’s fenceline communities of Mayaro/Guayaguayare and La Brea.
CSR Policy Limitations/Restrictions:
National Energy will not support any of the following:

Political parties and their affiliates |
|
Religious activities for the purpose of advancing religious doctrine |
|
Activities which directly promote and support core trade union activity as bargaining agents and legal representative for employees in all matters of law or right arising from or in the administration of a collective agreement |
|
Activities which promote gambling |
|
Activities or organisations that promote the sale or use of obscene and offensive material |
|
Organisations or activities that promote or perpetuate negative advertising images |
|
Activities or organisations that are potentially harmful to humans, animals, and the environment |
|
Activities or organisations that directly or indirectly provide or make financial or other related services |
|
Personal charities |
